| 中文摘要:近年来,英国为推进国家卫生服务制度(简称NHS体系)的信息化与现代化,出台了一系列的政策法规、战略与方针,强化NHS在卫生信息管理方面的立法。本文根据英国卫生部近年制定的卫生信息政策文件以及相关研究资料,就卫生信息监管、卫生信息质量管理,以及卫生信息安全管理等方面制定的政策法规作简要介绍,以期对我国的卫生信息管理立法与政策制定有所启示。 |
