中文摘要:对比美国和加拿大两种完全不同的医疗体制，指出两国医疗体制所面临的发展困境。两国不同的研究机构对医学信息的投资效益的研究均表明标准化、互操作性是医学信息化的最佳方式，这对我国当前的医改具有借鉴作用。

Interoperability in Medical Information Based on the Experience of the US and Canada

Abstract:The paper compares the different medical system between the US and Canada, points out the difficulties which are challenging two countries. Research on investment benefit of medical information by different research institutes in two countries shows that standardization and interoperability are the best ways for developing medical informatization, thus the result could give reference to current Chinese health care system reform.
