| 中文摘要:以科学引文索引（Science Citation Index Expanded，SCI-E）数据库为数据源，利用文献计量分析和文献引用分析方法，对乙肝生物治疗研究态势进行分析，从中总结乙肝防治研究的国家（地区）分布、机构分布和领域分布特点，发现提高siRNA的抑制效率是近年来乙肝生物治疗研究重点之一并就提高效率的研究方法进行分析。 |

| Abstract:The paper studies research trends in biotherapy of hepatitis B using bibliometrics and literature citation analysis based on the data from Science Citation Index Expanded, summarizes the country (region), institute and research area distribution features of this field, and finds anti-HBV siRNA efficiency improving has became one of the important research areas in this field, then analyzes the methods for improving efficiency. |
