| Abstract:12320 is the National Public Health Hotline which was established by Ministry of Health in Dec. 2005. Because of the important effect of website in the media communication, national 12320 management center opened the 12320govcn website. The paper analyzes the status and features of health and hygiene websites in China, discusses the characteristics, problems and developing direction of 12320 website, provides experience and ideas for building up the public-demand-oriented governmental website. |
