| Preliminary Research on Three-dimensional Medical Equipments Omitting Fee Control System |

| Abstract:The paper introduces the construction background, theory, operating mode, fundamental principle and function of three-dimensional medical equipments omitting fee control system of Anshan Tiexi Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University. The system can transfer the core of omitting fee control from post-control to pre-control and can improve the usage efficiency of the medical equipments and the comprehensive management level of hospital so as to create equal medical care environment for all patients. |
