中文摘要:分析经济危机对出版业和医院的影响，指出目前外文期刊馆藏建设存在的问题，提出馆际协作、图书馆联盟、Web20垂直搜索引擎3种解决问题的途径，探讨符合浙江省医院图书馆实际的共建共享方式，促进图书馆期刊建设的可持续发展。

Discussion and Research on Co-construction and Sharing Modes of Foreign Language Journals in Hospital Libraries Currently

Abstract:The paper analyzes how the economic crisis affects publishing industry and hospitals, pointes out the existing problems about construction of foreign language journal collection, proposes that interlibrary cooperation, library consortium, web 2.0 vertical search engine would be three methods of solving the problems. Meanwhile, the paper discusses feasible method for co-construction and sharing in line with the real status of hospital libraries in Zhejiang province, thus to promote the sustainable development of journal collection construction in libraries.
