| Doing Well in Sci-tech Novelty Assessment in Hospital Based on Web 2.0 |

| Abstract:The paper introduces the concept of Web 20, analyzes the common problems in novelty assessment process and provides corresponding countermeasures in using Web 20, including application of really simple syndication, Wiki, tag and mailing lists. It points out that utilizing Web 20 may improve the communication between novelty assessment staffs and medical staffs，enhance the quality of sci tech novelty assessment in hospitals. |
