| Storage and Representation of the Text Mining Results Based on Ontology |

| Abstract:The paper attempts to construct biomedical ontology based on text mining,organizes and expresses text mining results using concept model of ontology.The result shows that it is feasible to store and represent text mining results using ontology.Ontology wound express more abundant knowledges when the mining depth is greater. |
