| Advancing Personalization Development of Medical Sci-tech Novelty Assessment |

| Abstract:Against the deficiency of personalization of medical sci-tech novelty assessment, the paper analyzes the causes of this problem from three aspects: scientific research staffs, the novelty assessment personnel and institutions. Moreover, it explores promoting the personalization development ways from three perspectives: changing the service consciousness of novelty assessment personnel, strengthening the digital resources construction in novelty assessment institutions and constructing the operation mechanism of personalized novelty assessment. |
