The New Model of Constructing Lib3.0 Personal Information Commons Based on the Web3.0

Abstract:The paper analyzes the development of Web 30 as well as its networked and personalized characteristics, elaborates concrete applications of Web 30 technology in Lib 30,discusses the personal information commons, the"three in one" model of "RSS + personal homepage + online tools" taking the individual as the information manufacturing center.
