The Legal and Ethic Issues in Operating Medical Information Service Website

Abstract:Selecting 10 representative Chinese medical information service websites as studying object, combining with the experience of Guangzhou Neoplasm Consulting Website, the paper discusses the legal and ethical issues in operating medical information websites. It points out that medical website producers in our countries should get proved by authority agencies, announce intelligent property documentations, clarify privacy protection policies and set up legal commercial operating module.
