| Abstract:The paper introduces the characteritics, the targets and the duties of the subject librarian work in medical colleges and universities, then provides several solutions so as to perfect this work, for example, improving the quality of staff, setting position for the subject librarian at affiliated hospitals and carrying out the personalized service, etc. |
