| Abstract:Combining with the practices of document delivery service in Medical Library of Fudan University, the paper analyzes the features and the development trend, proposes measures and experiences so as to improve service quality , including personnel requirements, equipped with corresponding facilities, expanding multiple cooperation, carrying out allowance policy for the document delivery service. |
