| 中文摘要:对地理信息系统（GIS）在国内外医学领域的应用进行介绍，以北京市卫生局政务地理信息系统建设为应用案例进行研究。对北京市卫生局政务地理空间信息资源进行梳理，对各相关业务部门和公众服务需求进行调研，在此基础上分析系统建设内容和基本功能，同时对北京市卫生局政务地理信息系统建设的总体步骤以及首先建设的市卫生机构GIS地图的设计进行阐述。 |

| Research on Geographic Information System As Well As Its Application in Health Administration |

| Abstract:The paper introduces the application of geographic information system (GIS) in medical science areas at home and abroad; taking Beijing Health Bureau administration GIS construction as application examples, it sorts out Beijing Health Bureau geographic information resources, investigates the needs of related government departments and public services. Based on these the paper analyzes the construction contents and basic functions of the system, describes the overall steps of Beijing Health Bureau administration GIS construction and the design of Beijing health care organization GIS maps which are firstly constructed. |
