Applying Information Technology to Reconstruct Patients′ Satisfaction Evaluation System
Abstract:Constructing informatization platform in patients′ satisfaction evaluation work in hospitals, integrates this evaluation results into performance evaluation system. The paper introduces the significance of reconstructing the evaluation process of patients′ satisfaction for medical care, concretely elaborates the design and application effectiveness of the new patients' satisfaction evaluation informatization system, points out that the system will help to reduce administrative costs in hospitals and improve management level.
