| Effects Research on Enterprise Social Network to Knowledge Innovation |

| Abstract:Taking one world famous pharmaceutical enterprise as investigation object, the paper gets related data through questionnaire survey and carries out social network analysis and statistical analysis, tests the correlation between the several indicators which are used to describe social network structure and the variables which are used to measure the knowledge innovation of enterprises. According to empirical research results it puts forward several suggestions promoting knowledge innovation of enterprises. |
