| 中文摘要:从医嘱和收费项目各自特点入手，分析建立更科学、合理的医嘱、收费关系模型的重要性，并从合理规划元医嘱、为医嘱建立比照收费属性、为以申请单为单位的收费项目建立部位属性等方面，提出具体建设策略，指出该系统可操作性强，可有效提高工作效率、降低管理成本。 |

| Research on the Relational Model of Clinical Information Centered Medical Advices and Charge Item |

| Abstract:The paper starts with respective characteristics of medical advices and charge item, analyzes the importance of constructing a scientific and rational relationship model between those two disciplines. It proposes concrete constructing suggestions from the aspects of planning basic medical advices reasonably, constructing referent charge property for medical advices, constructing part property for charge item evaluated in an application form, etc. This system has good operational applicability, effectively improves the working efficiency and reduces management cost. |
