| Abstract:The paper elaborates how to reveal the advanced nature of sci-tech projects in novelty assessment report from the perspectives of literature cited, comparative analysis as well as the conclusion of the novelty assessment report It points out that we should cite core journal literatures，high technology literatures and dissertations as more as possible, choose the advanced criteria to work out comparative analysis, the novelty assessment results should reflect the level of the research It hopes to provide reference for sci-tech projects approval |
