| Abstract:In order to understand the development and changes of hospital reader′s demands and services technology in libraries under the network environment, the paper carries out investigation and analysis on the following aspects: the information demands characteristics of different readers，electronic resources allocation status, network new media technology application status Based on the above it puts forward countermeasures to innovate service practices in hospital libraries, including adjusting collection structure, strengthening databases self-construction and information literacy training for readers |
