Abstract:The paper,from different perspectives and types of learning, describes the exploratory learning and exploitative learning, formal learning and informal learning and"learning by doing",three types of tacit knowledge means high-quality personnel. It proposes that through using of different demand-pull mechanism, strengthening the diffusion and sharing of knowledge,establishing an effective learning mechanism,"learning by doing" to promote the accumulation of tacit knowledge,building the knowledge-oriented hospital culture,etc |
