| Abstract:The paper introduces the definition, development history of subject librarians and subject services, analyzes the current status of subject services in college and university libraries both in China and abroad, discusses the subject services in Medical Library of Chinese PLA from the following aspects: cooperating with resource construction department, going deep among users, constructing subject service system according to readers′ demands, etc. |
