| Abstract:The paper introduces the importance of paper-based periodicals, then analyzes the reasons for the low utilization ratio of the paper-based periodicals. Finally, it proposes the countermeasures to raise the utilization ratio, including scientific and reasonable periodical subscription according to the demand, resource co-construction and sharing, the publicity promotion of paper-based periodicals, collection structure adjustment, etc. |
