| Abstract:The paper introduces the implication of shallow reading, points out that the shallow reading activity brought about literacy insufficient of university students, discusses the strategies for college and university libraries, including: constructing good information environment, developing training for different phases, enhancing practice and encouraging innovation, strenghening librarian training. |
