| 中文摘要:对部分医学情报学应、往届硕士研究生就业意向与现况进行问卷调查，发现医学情报学硕士生就业态度较为务实，薪酬期望较为理性，求职途径趋向多样化，自主创业思想开始萌芽，但也存在就业意向过于理想，与实际就业情况差距较大的问题。调查结果对改革和发展医学情报学研究生教育有一定借鉴作用。 |

| The Investigation of Employment Intentions and Current Status of Medical Intelligence Master Graduates in China |

| Abstract:Employment intentions and the current status of some medical intelligence master graduates and precious master graduates are investigated. The results from questionnaire show that the graduates have a pragmatic attitude of employment, a rational salary expectations and diversified job search tendencies. In addition, their entrepreneurial idea began to sprout. Owning to their too ideal employment intentions, there is a large gap between the ideal and the actual employment situation. The survey findings will have certain references to the medical intelligence graduates education reform and development. |
