| 中文摘要:利用Gcluto聚类软件，以PubMed中的营养疗法相关文献作为研究对象，从主题词和PMid两个维度利用Gcluto10 软件进行双向聚类分析，结果显示目前国外营养疗法可以划分为7个热点主题。双向聚类能够快速捕捉某个领域主流研究热点和代表文献，分析结果较好地满足了预期目标。 |

| Application of Biclustering Based on Nutrition Therapy |

| Abstract:Utilizing Gcluto clustering software, taking nutrition therapy related literatures from PubMed as research objects, the paper carries out biclustering analysis using Gcluto10 software from two dimensions: subject headings and Pmid. The results show that foreing nutrition therapy research could be devided into 7 hot spots. Biclustering could capture main research hot spots and representative literatures rapidly, the analysis results could meet the expected goal. |
