| Abstract:The paper declares the significance of sci-tech novelty assessment . By taking Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Library sci-tech novelty assessment as an example, by using the SWOT method it analyzes the role on sci-tech novelty assessment in sci-tech innovation, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures including determining the strategic direction, implementing diversified service, jointing cross border, strengthening intellectual property information service, jointing cross-border, shaping traditional Chinese medicine information service brand. |
