| Abstract:The paper briefly introduces the current situation of digital library services, clarifies the concept ,model ,form and content, category, consciousness of reader services transformation of hospital libraries under digital era, and proposes the librarian should meet the needs of new situation, for the sustainable development of the hospital. |
