| 中文摘要:以重庆医科大学附属儿童医院为例，对比使用掌上电脑（PDA）前后的流程图，分析其在登记排号、配置药液、输液叫号、静脉穿刺、换瓶处理、结束输液、统计工作量等方面的应用效果。结果表明PDA能提高输液中心护士的工作效率，减少用药差错，值得在门诊输液中心推广。 |

| The Clinical Application of Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) in Outpatient Infusion Center |

| Abstract:Taking Children′s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University as an example, the paper compares the flow charts before and after Personal Digital Assistant （PDA）application, analyzes its effects from the aspects of registration, configuration, calling for infusion, puncture for vein, changing new infusion, ending infusion and workload statistics during the treatment. The PDA application could improve the working efficiency of nurses and reduce medication errors, it is worth popularization in outpatient infusion center. |
