| 中文摘要:通过调查162家三甲医院，收集核心期刊论文数量、发明专利授权量、SCI总被引频次等10方面的信息，对数据进行整理与描述，构建评价模型，对模型进行拟合、修正。最终确定医院科研竞争力评价的3个维度9个指标，同时探讨2级指标权重的定量分配方式。 |

| Hospital Scientific Research Competitiveness Evaluation System Construction Based on Structure Equation Modeling |

| Abstract:The paper collects information from 162 grade A class three hospitals from 10 aspects, including the number of the papers published in core journals, the number of authorized patents, SCI citation frequency and so on. It then combs and analyzes the collected data and constructs the evaluation model, the model is fitted and amended. 9 indices which attach to 3 dimensions respectively are finally determined, quantitative weights allocation of secondary indices are also discussed. |
