| Research on the Existing Problems and Countermeasures in the Performance Evaluation of Medical College and University Librarians |

| Abstract:The paper elaborates the connotation of performance evaluation and the significance of librarian performance evaluation in medical college and university libraries. Taking Capital Medical University as an example, it reveals the specific problems and then puts forward some related solutions, so as to provide references for the construction of performance evaluation system on medical college and university librarians. |
