| 中文摘要:采用随机抽样方法，分别选取南方医科大学南方医院精益六西格玛理念优化前后的健康体检人群，通过比较体检登记时间、填写检验单时间、整理体检报告时间、人力资源使用情况、体检结果完整率及流程优化情况来评价精益六西格玛优化后的信息化健康管理模式效果。 结果表明优化后的健康管理信息化服务模式可显著提高健康管理质量与效率。 |

| Research on Information Service Mode of Health Management Based on Lean Six Sigma Concept |

| Abstract:With random sampling, health check-up persons are selected both before and after optimization by lean six sigma concept. Through time of physical examination registration, filling in the inspection, finishing the medical report as well as human resource allocation, completion rate of check-up results, process optimization status, the effect of informatization health management mode after optimization is evaluated. The results show that health management service mode after optimization could improve the efficacy and quality of health management significantly. |
