| 中文摘要:对河北省人民医院所有科室临床医师及护士进行问卷调查，内容包括对环节质控的认识、电子病历环节质控的满意度、电子病历运行缺陷返修程度及效率、终末病历缺陷返修情况等，结果表明电子病历环节质控能有效提高病历质量，得到临床医师的认可。 |

| Discussion on the Function of Step-by-step Quality Control for Electronic Medical Records |

| Abstract:The paper conducts a questionnaire survey among doctors and nurses from all the departments of People′s Hospital in Hebei Province, the contents of the questionnaire include knowledge on step-by-step quality control, satisfaction ratio to step-by-step quality control of Electronic Medical Records (EMR), defect reprocessed degree and efficiency of the working EMR and terminal medical records. The results show that step-by-step quality control could improve the quality of medical records and it is satisfied by clinical doctors. |
