| 中文摘要:介绍国内外公共卫生突发事件应急管理情况，指出我国公共卫生应急平台体系处在成长阶段，存在诸多问题。从建设需求和内容方面对虚拟平台体系建设进行理论分析，从数据收集、数据分析、预测决策提出几方面介绍其模型建构，最后对未来发展方向进行展望。 |

| Construction of Virtual Emergency Response Platform System for Emergency Public Health Events |

| Abstract:The paper introduces the management status of emergency public health events both in China and abroad, points out that Chinese public health emergency response platform is in the growth stage and many problems are existed. It carries out theoretical analysis on virtual platform system construction from the aspects of demands and contents, the construction model is put forward from the aspects of data collection, data analysis and decision making, the future development direction is prospected in the end. |
