| 中文摘要:采用双向聚类文献计量分析方法，对PubMed收录的转化医学信息学相关文献进行分析，根据实际聚类效果将主题词聚为7类并生成可视化图，揭示学科研究热点，以期从文献分析角度把握国际转化医学信息学研究模式及其主要研究内容，为国内开展转化医学信息学研究提供借鉴。 |

| Analysis on the Translational Medical Informatics Research Hotspots by Biclustering |

| Abstract:The paper analyzes the literatures about translational medical informatics collected from PubMed using biclustering method, classifies the keywords into 7 parts according to actual effect and generates visualization graph. It reveals the subject hotspots, so as to grasp the international translational medical informatics research model and contents through bibliometric analysis，provide references for domestic research. |
