The type of information resources, information demands and exchange platform have been changed, college and university librarians should promote services according to the characteristics of “Generation Y” information behavior, including improving library environment, enhancing digitalization resources construction, strengthening network library construction using new media and providing opportunities for "Generation Y" readers to participate in library services, etc. |
