| 中文摘要:指出国内卫生信息管理教育存在的问题，以上海思博职业技术学院为例，论述卫生信息管理人才培养创新模式，即创建模拟数字化医院环境，以就业为导向创新培养模式，构建核心课程体系，注重学生综合能力教育，编写医疗卫生信息技术教材，建设国际化与人文化师资队伍，培养社会需要的复合型、应用型卫生事业管理专业人才。 |

| Innovative Research on Vocational Health Information Management Professional Talents Training |

| Abstract:The paper points out the current problems in health information management education in China. Taking Shanghai Sipo Polytechnic School as an example, an innovative training model for health information management talent is discussed containing creating virtual digital hospital environment, creating career-based training mode, constructing core course system, promoting comprehensive capacity education, compiling medical and health information technology teaching materials, constructing international and cultural teaching groupe, aiming to cultivate compound and applied professional talents to meet the demands of the society. |
