| Analysis on Domestic Invalid Patents of Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine |

| Abstract:The paper retrieves domestic invalid patents of traditional Chinese herbal medicine from China Intellectual Property (CNIPR) patent information service platform, carries out analysis from the aspects of amount, applicant and technology field. The result shows that the output of traditional Chinese herbal medicine patient is low, the technology content is not high, the maintenance cycle is short and the patent protection awareness needs to be improved. |
