| Abstract:Starting from the workflow of sci-tech novelty assessment and the requirements for novelty assessment staffs, the paper analyzes the critical parts which influence the quality of medical sci-tech novelty assessment, discusses quality control methods from the aspects of novelty assessment acceptance, novelty assessment retrieval, report writing, novelty assessment examination, etc. It also puts forward the countermeasures for improving the level of novelty assessment staffs, constructs quality control system, so as to improve the quality of novelty assessment. |
