| Abstract:The paper introduces the design of outpatient and emergency self-help service system in Wuxi No2 People′s Hospital, from the aspects of service process, hardware design and software design, elaborates the self-help functions including 24h×7 registration, payment, pre authorization, query, etc. The effect is analyzed, the utilization of the system could save the queuing and waiting time, improve working efficiency, realized the orderly treatment, protect the privacy of the patients, it is worth to popularization. |
