| The Primary Health Service Institution Performance Evaluation Based on Knowledge Base |

| Abstract:To resolve the problem of non-evidence-based decision making and lack of communication and feedback, the paper explores the feasibility and the method of introducing knowledge bases of performance appraisal scheme, index benchmark and abnormal performance reasons into the process of performance management. Focusing on the links, ways and functions of knowledge base in performance management in primary health service institutions, it provides ideas and methods for realizing scientific and effective management of primary health services. |
