| Health Informatization Talents Cultivation Based on the Demands of the Society |

| Abstract:The paper analyzes the demands of the society for medical informatization talents under the health informatization background and the advantages and problems of the graduates of information management and information systems major in medical colleges and universities. To improve the quality and quantity of employment status of graduates, it discusses the strategy of cultivating the application ability of the graduates from the aspects of social demands-oriented, practice teaching step optimization, course system adjustment. |
