| Abstract:The paper summarizes the domestic application status of residents health card, analyzes current information card application status in health and family planning institutions in Sichuan province, discusses then demands of constructing provincial residents health card registration and application management system, then it carries out system design based on the above. The system is utilized in Yaan and Mianyang in Sichuan province from 2013, and achieved a certain effect. |
