| Translational Medicine Team Network Construction under Structural Holes Perspective |

| Abstract:The paper introduces the basic concept, research status of translational medicine as well as the connotation of translational medicine team, elaborates the theory, basic ideas and measurement of structural holes theory, puts forward the construction plan of translational medicine team network based on structural holes theory. A man in the middle should be chose with interdisciplinary background to occupy the structural holes, contacting the appropriate personnel in each team. With follow up service of the translational medicine platform, necessary research network is constructed. |
