| Abstract:Based on the connection between think tank and college and university library, the paper analyzes the possibility of developing think tank service from medical college and university library to local hospitals, discusses the service pattern, including information literacy education, special service, WeChat service and so on, in order to improve the quality and influence of libraries，construct the characteristic think tank of medical college and university library. |
