| Construction of the Hospital Resource Planning System |

| Abstract:The paper analyzes the reform requirements and competitive situations faced by hospitals under the circumstance of medical reform. Based on full understanding of existing problems in hospital management in China, it points out the necessity of the Hospital Resource Planning(HRP)nt system construction, proposes the overall goals and framework of system construction, explains the management responsibilities and tasks in the system construction and discusses six critical factors for the successful implementation of the system. |
