The paper introduces the purpose for the research and development of the grading management information system in the 98th Hospital of PLA, describes the establishment process of the system's operation grading catalog, the operation application and appointment process and operation approval process, and summarizes the functional design and application effects. The application of this system realizes dynamic management of doctors' operation authority and fully guarantees operation safety.
