The paper discusses the subject service of clinical medicine in the age of big data, including two aspects:clinical research and clinical medical treatment. It points out that the development and utilization of medical big data require for subject librarians and doctors with certain information literacy and proposes suggestion for enhancing the information literacy of subject librarians and doctors.
