Purpose/Significance To analyze the innovative practices of digital technology-enabled primary-level weight manage. ment in Shenzhen，so as to provide references for the digital transformation of primary-level weight management nationwide. Method/Process A case study method is adopted，5 community health service centers，2 technology enterprises，and 1 scientific research insti. tution in Shenzhen are selected. Data are collected through semi-structured interviews，on-site observations and literature analysis，and a systematic analysis is conducted using the thematic analysis method. Result/Conclusion In the field of primary-level weight manage. ment，a tripartite collaborative model of“service supply -technical support -data governance”is innovatively established in Shen. zhen，providing a valuable reference for empowering primary-level healthcare with digital technology. In the future，it is necessary to ad.dress existing challenges through multi-stakeholder collaboration and provide a feasible path for the digital transformation of primary-level weight management.
