Purpose/Significance To explore the influencing factors and path relationships of residents' electronic health record(EHR)utilization behavior in Henan province，so as to provide references for the promotion and utilization of EHRs. Method/Process Data are collected through a questionnaire survey. Using the Andersen model as the theoretical framework and integrating multiple theo.ries，a structural equation model(SEM)is constructed，and path analysis is conducted. Result/Conclusion Social influencing factors possess the strongest explanatory power in enhancing individuals' e-health literacy and facilitating their use of EHRs. To promote the uti. lization of EHRs，priority should be given to social-level support and resource integration.
