Purpose/Significance To discuss the impact and mechanism of family intergenerational support and resilience on digitalhealth technology anxiety among elderly hypertensive patients，and to provide references for formulating targeted intervention strategies. Method/Process A total of 372 elderly hypertensive patients from 8 communities in Guiyang are investigated using the intergenerational support scale，brief resilience scale，and technology anxiety scale. Result/Conclusion Family intergenerational support and resilience negatively predict digital health technology anxiety in elderly hypertensive patients，while resilience plays a mediating role.
